Product Introduction

Three-dimensional geonet mat, also known as geonet mat, is a new type of wood engineering material. Three-dimensional geomesh mat is a three-dimensional structural net made of thermoplastic resin. It is a loofah-like net mat used for soil consolidation of vegetation turf. The bottom layer is a base layer with high modulus, which is generally composed of 3 ~ 4 layers of plane network. It is covered with a bubbling mesh bag, which is filled with planting soil and grass seed. The texture of the mat is loose and flexible, leaving 90% of the space for filling soil, gravel and fine stones. Plant roots can pass through it and grow comfortably, neatly and evenly. When grown, the sod and earth surface will be firmly bonded together by the geonet mat. Since plant roots can penetrate 30-40kcm below the surface, they form a solid green composite protective layer. Therefore, the three-dimensional geonet mat has two functions, which are anti-erosion and conducive to plant growth.

Product Use

Before the sod has grown, it can protect the surface of the land from the elements. It can firmly keep the grass evenly distributed on the slope, free from wind and rain. 

The black mesh pad can absorb a lot of heat energy, increase ground humidity, promote seed germination, and prolong the growth period of plants. Due to the roughness of the surface, the wind and water flow produce ineffective eddy currents on the surface of the mesh pad, resulting in energy dissipation. The composite protective layer formed after the plant grows up can withstand the erosion of high water level and high velocity.

It can replace the concrete, asphalt, stone and other permanent slope protection materials, used for road, railway, river, dike, hillside and other slope protection. It can greatly reduce the project cost. After laying on the surface of sandy land, it can prevent the movement of sand dunes, greatly improve the surface roughness, retain the surface sediment, change the physical and chemical properties of the surface, and improve the local ecological environment.

Construction Characteristics of 3D Geomat Seeding Technology

1.Hanging three-dimensional vegetation net spray planting grass greening is suitable for cutting slope with slope ratio not steeper than 1:1, soil slope, strongly weathered bedrock slope construction effect is better.

2.The backfill soil in the three-dimensional mesh bag is generally the local clay, in order to facilitate the combination with the net and prevent the erosion of rain.

3.The slope of the three-dimensional vegetation network should be as smooth as possible to ensure that the network and the slope are closely integrated, so as to avoid the hollow drum phenomenon in some places that will cause grass seeds to be unable to be implanted, and the slope will appear "bald" after the formation of the plateau.
