Description:

Steel-plastic grid is fully known as steel-plastic composite geogrid. It consists of high-strength steel wire (or other fibers), which undergo special treatment, combined with polyethylene (PE) and other additives through extrusion to form a high-strength tensile strip. The surface has a rough texture, making it a high-strength reinforcement geogrid.

Steel Plastic Geogrid Reinforcement Applications:

High strength, minimal deformation

Creep is minimal

Corrosion-resistant and long-lasting

Easy and quick construction, short cycle, low cost

High coefficient of friction

Aging and durability

This effectively prevents construction damage caused by machinery compaction and destruction during the construction process.

The role of steel-plastic geogrid:

Improve the bearing capacity: The steel grid can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the foundation through its own strength and interaction with the soil.

Restraint of soil lateral displacement: Through the locking and occlusive action with the soil, the steel grid can effectively restrain the soil lateral displacement and enhance the stability of the foundation.

Reduce uneven settlement: In soft soil foundation treatment, steel-plastic grates can help reduce uneven settlement, especially in critical areas such as the junction of the old and new subgrade.

Extension of engineering life: Due to the good corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties of the steel grid, it can effectively extend the service life of the engineering structure.
