1. Use electric plastic mixing mixer to mix and stir high-density polyethylene raw materials, special plastic additives, color masterbatches, anti-aging agents and other raw materials.
2. Add the HDPE raw material to the hopper of the plastic extrusion machine.The material is melted and plasticized through the conveying, compression and metering of the rotating screw of the plastic extrusion machine.The molten material is extruded through a ring mold to form a tube billet.
3.The HDPE raw material enters the plastic extrusion machine screw part.The raw material is heated, plasticized, and melted through extrusion, and then the melted raw material is blown and formed at the opening part of the machine head, finally becoming a bubble film.
4.After the outlet end of the membrane bubble is melted and sealed, the compressed air is blown into the vent hole in the center of the mold.At the same time, the outside of the billet is forced to cool.At this time, a continuous cylindrical geomembrane can be obtained by applying force on one end of the molten seal of the tube blank and making it advance at a uniform speed.
5.The double-folded geomembrane is cut in the middle and put into the film spreading frame for single-sided expansion.
6.The traction roll is equipped with an automatic meter recording device, and the product automatically records and rolls.
7.In the production process, samples are generally taken three times per piece for sampling inspection and stored after passing.
