Composite geomembrane construction technology
Composite geomembrane is divided into one cloth and one film and two cloth and one film, with high physical and mechanical properties such as tensile resistance, tear resistance, top breaking, etc.
The product has high strength, good extension performance, large deformation modulus, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and good impermeability. It can meet the needs of civil engineering such as water conservancy, municipal, construction, transportation, subway, tunnel, engineering construction, seepage prevention, isolation, reinforcement, crack prevention and reinforcement.
Composite geomembrane is a geoimpermeable material composed of plastic film as an impermeable substrate and non-woven fabric. Its impermeable properties mainly depend on the impermeable properties of plastic film. Plastic film for impermeable application at home and abroad, mainly polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE), ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)
Geotextile as the protective layer of geomembrane, so that the protective impermeable layer is not damaged. In order to reduce ultraviolet radiation and increase anti-aging performance, it is best to use embedding method.
Construction specification
(1) The use must be embedded: the coverage thickness should not be less than 30cm.
(2) Repair anti-seepage system should be: cushion layer, anti-seepage layer, transition layer, protective layer composition.
(3) The soil should be solid, avoid uneven subsidence, cracks, and remove the turf and roots in the anti-seepage range. Sand or clay with small particle size is laid on the contact surface of the film as a protective layer.
(4) When laying, the geomembrane should not be pulled too tightly, and it is better to be corrugated at both ends, especially when anchoring with rigid materials, a certain amount of expansion should be left.
(5) During construction, stones should be avoided, heavy objects should be directly hit on the geomembrane, it is best to build, lay film, and cover the protective layer.
