Filament spunbonded needled nonwoven geotextiles include staple fiber needled geotextiles and spunbonded filament geotextiles. It is processed by blending wool, fluxing, laying net, needling and multiple needling. It is characterized by high density, fluffy structure, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good water absorption and water permeability, high tensile strength, and large deformation resistance. It is widely used in domestic engineering, such as preventing pavement turning, slope protection and canal protection layer.

Advantage：

1. Isolation

That is, geotextiles are used to isolate construction raw materials (such as soil and sand, sand and gravel, soil and concrete, etc.) with different physical properties (particle size, distribution, consistency and density, etc.). So that two or more materials do not lose, do not mix, maintain the overall structure and function of the material, so that the structure load bearing capacity is strengthened.

2. Filtration

When the water flows into the coarse soil layer from the washing soil layer, the good air permeability and water permeability of the needled geotextile are used to make the water flow through, and the soil particles, fine yarn, small stone and so on are effectively intercepted to maintain the stability of soil and water engineering.

3. Drainage

Needled geotextile is a good water conductive material, which can form a drainage channel inside the soil and remove the excess liquid and gas in the soil structure.

4. Reinforce

The use of needled geotextile to enhance the tensile strength and resistance of soil, increase the stability of building structure, and improve the quality of soil.

5. Protection

The concentrated stress can be diffused, transferred or decomposed effectively to prevent the soil from being destroyed by external forces.

6. Closure

The needled geotextile is combined with other materials (mainly asphalt or plastic film) to form an impervious barrier in the soil layer. (Mainly used for highway resurfacing, repair, etc.).

Applications:

1. The isolation layer between the road ballast and the roadbed, or the isolation layer between the roadbed and the soft foundation

2. Strengthen the flexible pavement, repair the cracks on the road, and prevent the pavement from reflecting cracks

3. For reinforcement in the backfill of retaining wall, or for anchoring the panel of retaining wall. Build a retaining wall or abutment.

4. Increase the stability of gravel slope and reinforced soil to prevent soil erosion and freezing damage at low temperature

5. Roads (including temporary roads), railways, embankments, earth-rock DAMS, airports, sports fields and other projects are used to strengthen weak foundations.
