Why do all manufacturers not use polyethylene (PE) as raw material production? There are several reasons why:
(1) Polypropylene has no tensile brittleness, and the creep resistance is not as good as polyethylene, but there is no brittleness problem after stretching, which is determined by the performance of the material itself.
(2) Polypropylene has the highest tensile strength and a larger tensile ratio, relatively speaking, the same tensile strength of the Biaxial stretch plastic geogrid, polypropylene cost is much lower.
(3) Polyethylene has the highest viscosity, difficult production, power consumption is also large, polypropylene is easy to process.

The role of bidirectional stretch plastic geogrid:

Geogrid laying precautions:
The paving surface of the geograe should be relatively flat, after the paving layer is qualified, in order to prevent longitudinal skew phenomenon, first draw white lines or hanging lines in the paving layer according to the width, you can start paving, and then fix the end of the grille with iron nails (8 nails per meter width, fixed at an even distance).
After fixing the end of the grille, use the paver to slowly pull the grille forward, manually tighten and straighten it every 10 meters long, until one roll of the grille is finished, and then lay the next roll, the operation is the same as before.
